Always save photos in .jpg format. Your site will display vertical photos only if set to display vertical photos in the widget’s settings Primary Area Design.

The size of the photos in SNO Story Carousels will vary based on the height of your Carousel; your site will automatically crop photos to fit the SNO Story Carousel area if you upload a photo of the wrong dimension.
