You’re a high school student. You want to go to the Kern County Fair this weekend with your friends. You have no job and no car, but you have a ride to the fair and $20 in your pocket. How do you make the most with what little you have? Editor-in-Chief Estefany Cano offers a few tips on what to see, eat, and drink at the fair when your budget is tight. This year’s fair runs through Sept. 28.
